Do your teas contain sugar or calories?

Our teas contain no sugar, carbohydrates or calories.

How much caffeine is there in a cup of tea?

The amount of caffeine in the tea depends on factors such as water temperature and steeping time.

Do you have a physical Monogram retail store?

Our teas are available exclusively on Monogramtea.com

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Key in the discount code at the shopping cart page before proceeding to checkout and it’ll be applied automatically.

What payment types do you accept?

You can make payment via credit cards through PayPal or with your PayPal account.

When do I need to pay for prevailing taxes?

For orders to be delivered within Singapore, the Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be applied accordingly upon checkout.

What delivery service do you use for shipping?

All local orders will be delivered by Roadbull Logistics Pte Ltd. Please visit http://roadbull.com/ for tracking information and more.

For all international orders, parcels will be delivered with an international courier service, and couriers may vary for different locations. Please visit https://www.trackntrace.com.sg/ for tracking information.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat rate of $6 to anywhere* in Singapore for orders less than $60. We offer free shipping within Singapore when you spend $60 and above (excluding tax & shipping fees).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship to all of couriers’ international shipping destinations. Shipping rates vary accordingly depending on destination and volumetric weight of parcel.

How soon will I receive my order?

As all teas are packed to order, this will vary based on the amount of orders in our system at any given time, as well as the shipping location. Orders take approximately 2-3 working days to process BEFORE orders are shipped out from the Gryphon Tea office.

How can I track my shipment?

When your order is complete, we will send you a tracking code via email to confirm your shipment. Simply enter the tracking code at Qourier or the link stated in your email to locate your parcel.

Can I cancel or modify an order placed online?

As long as payment has been made, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. If you have troubles making an order, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Where can I view orders placed online?

Your order history can be found at your account page after logging in.

This feature is not applicable for purchases made when checkout as a guest.

What does my order status mean? (Pending, Processing, Shipped)

For orders marked as ‘Pending’, it means that the order has been successfully submitted to Monogram Tea, but your payment has not yet been processed.

For orders marked as “Processing”, it means your payment has been processed and your order is in production.

For orders marked as “Shipped”, it means your parcel is in transit, with your tracking information sent to the email address you have provided.

Can I return items bought online?

We process returns on a case-by-case basis. Returns will only be accepted with valid reasons approved by Monogram Tea. This includes goods received that are damaged, defective or incorrect that is not due to shipping.

Please contact us with your order number and reasons for return.

How can I exchange a defective item?

Upon approval by Monogram Tea, returns must be accompanies by a receipt of purchase made within 21 days.

Are teaware covered with warranty?

All tea accessories sold by Monogram Tea are not covered by warranty. All items shipped out will be thoroughly to ensure that the product is in good working condition and free of defects.

How may I be directed to the customer service?

Do you offer gift-wrapping services?

We do not offer gift wrapping.

Where are your teas blended?

Our teas are blended in small batches in Singapore.

What makes Monogram different from other tea company?

Monogram empowers you to create your very own tea blend.

Can I steep my tea more than once?

The flavor profile is unique with each steeping. We recommend re-steeping twice only.

How long does your tea stay fresh?

We recommend consuming our teas within the stated ‘Best Before’ date indicated on your Monogram Tea box.

What is the best way to store my teas?

We recommend storing your teas away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry environment.

Can I make a purchase without signing up for an account?

Yes you can. When you purchase as a guest, your details will only be used for the purpose of the sales transaction. However, we recommend that you sign up for an account for a faster future purchase.

Why should I sign-up for an account?

When you sign-up for an account with us, you are automatically enrolled into Monogram Tea’s Rewards Program which allow you to enjoy special privileges for future purchases.

I can’t log in to my Monogram Tea account! What do I do?

  1. Make sure you typed in the right email address and password.
  2. Try not to copy and paste the email and password – this sometimes adds an extra spacing into your password that you’re not able to see.
  3. If you’ve forgotten your password or it’s just not working, use the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the log in page to have it reset and sent to you via your registered email with us.
  4. If you still can’t log in, please contact us.
